PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE
SUNLIT LLC (“SUNLIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates sunlit.farm and the FOLLOW THE SUN campaign. SUNLIT is a Maine Adult Use Products Manufacturing Facility, License AM1800. Privacy questions may be sent to juice@sunlit.farm.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect name, email, ZIP code, optional mobile number, age and eligibility confirmations, survey responses, retailer preferences, optional email consent, reward and reservation status, redemption store and time, retailer QR source, and limited browser, device, referral, and security information. We do not collect or store government-issued identification through the survey; the retailer verifies identity and age in person.
3. HOW WE USE IT
We use information to operate the survey, issue and recover rewards, show inventory, create seven-day store reservations, record redemptions, prevent duplicate participation and fraud, send transactional reward messages, understand customer preferences, improve SUNLIT products, and comply with applicable law. Marketing email is sent only when you affirmatively opt in.
4. SHARING
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as reasonably needed with Framer for website hosting, Supabase for database and backend services, Resend for transactional email, participating retailers for lawful in-person redemption, and authorities when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or campaign integrity.
5. BROWSER STORAGE
The site may use cookies, session storage, or local storage to remember age confirmation, preserve retailer QR information, reopen a reward, maintain a reservation, and support performance and security. Clearing browser data may remove local access, but the secure emailed reward link may restore it.
6. RETENTION, SECURITY, AND CHOICES
We retain information only as reasonably necessary. Campaign and reward records are generally retained for up to three years after inventory is exhausted unless law requires longer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent at juice@sunlit.farm, subject to identity verification and lawful recordkeeping, security, and fraud-prevention exceptions.
7. ADULTS ONLY AND UPDATES
The campaign is intended only for adults age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect campaign information from anyone under 21. We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
