OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN TERMS
Effective September 2, 2026
1. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is limited to adults age 21 or older who may lawfully possess adult-use cannabis in Maine. Valid government-issued photo identification and final retailer verification are required. No purchase is necessary to complete the survey or receive an eligible reward.
2. REWARD
An eligible participant may receive one complimentary SUNLIT 0.5g 510-thread vape, redeemable in person at a participating licensed adult-use retailer while promotional inventory remains. Survey completion does not guarantee eligibility or inventory. Rewards are personal, nontransferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged. Duplicate, manipulated, fraudulent, or ineligible submissions may be rejected.
3. STORES AND INVENTORY
Initial allocations are Blue Lobster, Casco — 30; The Hideaway, Oxford — 15; Beach Boys Cannabis Co, Old Orchard Beach — 15; and Humble Family Farms, Lewiston — 15. The site shows estimated live availability and removes a store when available promotional inventory reaches zero. Availability may change through simultaneous reservations, releases, expirations, corrections, or redemptions. A selection is secured only after confirmation.
4. SEVEN-DAY RESERVATIONS
A participant may reserve one unit at one store for seven days. The confirmation and reward email show the deadline. If not redeemed by then, the reservation expires and the unit returns to inventory. Releasing or changing a reservation also returns the prior unit. The reward has no separate calendar expiration but may be used only while campaign inventory remains.
5. REDEMPTION
Redemption must occur in person at the selected store using the secure reward and store-specific QR display. Redemption is final once confirmed. The retailer makes the final determination regarding lawful transfer, identity, age, eligibility, and physical inventory. No cannabis is sold, shipped, delivered, or fulfilled online through this website.
6. DURATION AND CHANGES
The campaign has no fixed end date and ends when promotional inventory is exhausted, unless SUNLIT ends, pauses, or modifies it earlier for legal, regulatory, security, supply, retailer, or operational reasons. Stores and allocations may change, and records may be corrected to address errors, cancellations, fraud, or compliance requirements.
7. PRIVACY, LIMITS, AND LAW
SUNLIT is not responsible for deleted emails, cleared browser data, retailer hours or closures, travel costs, network failures, or inventory changes outside its reasonable control, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Maine law. Contact juice@sunlit.farm.
